I had the pleasure of working with Tracy Drumm during my tenure as President of BioForm Medical and as CEO of Merz Aesthetics. Tracy had the wonderful creative mind of a top marketing executive and the operational knowledge to enact her strategies, measure the results and adjust for maximum ROI.
Tracy understands how to communicate her plans and how to elicit the best from others in carrying out the strategies. I hope to have other opportunities when I can count on Tracy’s talent to help create or direct our marketing plans.
