My life is cosmetic surgery which is my passion and profession. I lecture an average of over 20 times a year nationally and internationally and several years ago was blown away by someone else with the same passion for what they do and that was Tracy Drumm Weldon. I have to admit that I was mesmerized by her fresh and energetic approach to marketing. Everything that came out of her mouth was new, not rehashed common marketing jumble. After hearing her first lecture I made numerous to my practice and every time I hear Tracy I learn more. She is a sparkplug and not your average marketing, practice management person. She and I have shared the podium many times and her talks have many PPM (pearls per minute). I have recommended her time and again to new and seasoned colleagues.
