I have heard many marketers address our audience of plastic surgeons, nurse practitioners and practice managers. I have only seen one, however, with the unique ability to combine humor and content, then deliver it with credibility, authenticity, confidence and a humble attitude. Tracy Drumm is just that person. She brought us concepts that were easy to understand and to put into action immediately in our lives and our clinical practices our members left the conference inspired and possessing tools that will make them better business people. We could not have been more satisfied with what Tracy provided us, and our conference was better off by having her there. It is a privilege to offer my endorsement of Tracy.
